Also, as I was told by the Mustang reps in Dayton last year, the back rest helps to ease turning. I only wish the seat was a little wider in the front section (closest to gas tank). I understand the rationale of having a narrow seat. easier to flat foot on a two wheeler, but it's not needed on a trike.
