About this product
Description
MIPS Spherical uses MIPS technology between 2 layers of EPS foam. The Giro Aether MIPS is a revolutionary helmet considering its head protection during impacts. The new MIPS Spherical has been used in this road bike helmet. This technique is a refinement and evolution of the standard MIPS system. MIPS Spherical uses MIPS technology between 2 layers of EPS foam. The brain is protected against the rotational forces of a fall by allowing 10 to 15 millimetres of movement between the helmet and the head. The technologies mentioned above don’t impact the ventilation properties of this helmet. Aside from the vents visible on the outside, this helmet also has internal vents. This will keep your head cool even on the hottest days. In addition, the Giro Aether MIPS has the Roc Loc 5-Plus fit system which allows you to adjust the helmet’s fit in mere seconds.
