Description

Once the door is hung simply loosen the Allen set screws and turn the door to the desired closed position. Using two hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 80 lbs. Custom finishes are available on request. Adjustment to accommodate the desired angle (up to 90 degree) is done after the door is installed. Use only the template included with this hinge. Cut-out dimensions for CRL hi. GEN13 Gasket Pack must be purchased separately for use with 5/16" (8 mm) thick tempered glass. If hinges are to be used for other than their intended purpose approval must be obtained from the CRL Shower Door Technical Sales Department. Using three hinges with 5/16" to 1/2" glass (8 to 12 mm) the hinge will hold up to 120 lbs. SPECIFICATIONS: Glass Thickness: 5/16" (8 mm) to 1/2" (12 mm) Tempered Safety Glass Special Features: Adjustable to any angle up to 90 degree without having to take door down. NOTE: Door glass width may require alteration from standard clearance deductions when adjusting angles. The door can swing 90 degree inward and 90 degree outward (adjusting angle from factory set position will reduce 90 degree swing in that direction).
